Working hard for ordinary Mainers since 2014

Based in Bangor, Maine, Lawsmith Legal Services, L.L.C., is a new firm with an abundance of hard work and intellect behind it.  As an attorney, I specialize in workers' compensation claims and criminal defense cases. In addition, I have handled cases involving evictions, personal injuries, damaged vehicles, contract disputes, debt disputes, and disagreements over easements (rights-of-way) and other real estate issues. I also have helped numerous small businesses with entity (corporation, LLC, or LLP) formation, small-scale asset acquisitions, contract drafting, annual reports, resolution drafting, and document review.

I am licensed to practice in Maine and am a member of the Maine State Bar Association. I have appeared before the Maine Workers' Compensation Board in Bangor, Augusta, Portland, Caribou, and Calais; and I have appeared in the state courts in Bangor, Newport, Belfast, Waterville, Skowhegan, South Paris, Millinocket, and Dover-Foxcroft.

I serve the following areas: Penobscot County, including Bangor, Brewer, Hampden, Orono, Newport, Old Town,  Lincoln, and Millinocket; Waldo County, including Belfast, Searsport, Searsmont, Lincolnville, Frankfort, and Winterport; Hancock County, including Ellsworth, Bucksport, Mount Desert, Bar Harbor, Blue Hill, Deer Isle, Stonington, Dedham, and Castine; Washington County, including Calais, Cherryfield, Milbridge, Baileyville, and Machias; Piscataquis County, including Dover-Foxcroft, Milo, and Greenville; Kennebec County, including Augusta and Waterville; Somerset County, including Skowhegan Pittsfield, and Palmyra; and Aroostook County, including Houlton and Caribou.
